Generation: A McKinsey Social Initiative

With global youth unemployment rates rising, HUMAN partnered with McKinsey’s newly launched McKinsey Social Initiative, to tell the story of their first social-impact effort called Generation. As young people struggle to find jobs, employers struggle to find entry-level workers with the right skills. Generation aims to bridge this divide over five years across five countries to provide more than one million youth with the skills they need to gain long-term employment opportunities.
